The Center for Biorenewable Chemicals (CBiRC) focuses on research related to the development of sustainable biobased products. CBiRC supports interdisciplinary teams addressing fundamental science through technology translation issues related to the societal transformation from nonrenewable petroleum-based products to biomass-enabled products.
