The National Institute of Antimicrobial Resistance Research and Education (NIAMRRE) draws on expertise from basic, translational and applied scientists in veterinary medicine, agriculture, environmental health, public health, medicine, economics and social sciences to collaboratively lead local, national and international antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and stewardship efforts. NIAMRRE represents academia, commodity and industry groups, utilizing a One Health approach (the health of humans, animals and the environment) to solve antimicrobial resistance challenges.
